This Credit Union remodel redefines the role of a teller and continues to move the customer experience towards enhanced technology. For members, the updated interior provides a variety of interactive spaces and the digital in-store communication platforms offer customizable and efficient interaction with less paper waste. New design features included improved storefront signage, decorative slat wall panels, reclaimed wood paneling and comfortable seating in the new community lounge accessible 24/7 with an interactive teller machine. The existing vault became a key design feature with metallic paint and full height operable stacking glass partitions were added to define spaces. For those members requesting personal service the branch also includes an advisory desk along with private consulting rooms.
