Relocation of approximately 20,585 SF of clinical space from the Gateway Medical Office Building to former office/support services space in the Providence Office Park I Building.  Creation of this new clinic location for the HVI Cardiology Group was a two-year process including schematic, bidding and construction design documentation, as well as detailed finish design from ceiling to floor.
