The Heart Institute houses cardiovascular, electrophysiology, multi-disciplinary and device clinics in one location. The floor was designed so all the clinics share a central waiting, reception, and administrative area to increase efficiency and reduce the space requirements of each individual clinic. The project was constructed in four phases with multiple moves and team coordination required to keep each clinic functional and seeing patients throughout the construction.
