This structure was designed to be expandable to accommodate an additional 2 floors, equaling to 1,286 additional stalls. This garage was the first phase of a 4-phase Master Plan to include 2 office buildings at 80,000 SF each on either side of the structure. The second building would be accompanied by the structure addition.
