These Providence Health & Services Express Care Clinics serve the neighborhood members with patient exams rooms, lab services, reception and admin space. Many principles of LEED design were incorporated such as LED lighting, ultra-high efficiency HVAC systems and recycled content in materials. Sustainably and energy conservation measures were taken to exceed code requirements by using LED light fixtures, Mecho shades for daylight control, and balancing HVAC zones to best serve the function and exposure. Projects were contractor negotiated, MEP Design-Build.
