JRJ provided design services through construction administration for the reconfiguration of an existing Rapid Response/Pathology and point-of-care testing site, in order to accommodate the relocation of the Genomics lab into the space.  A multi-phase approach was adapted, all all three lab spaces remained operational 24/7, while MEP systems were updated, equipment was relocated and/or replaced and finishes were brought to standard.
