The Providence Eastside Women’s Clinic relocated from its Gateway location to the site of former office space at the Providence Office Park.  This repurposing of an existing building included interior demo and re-build utilizing steel studs, jambs, headers and sills, suspended ceilings and soffits and seismic anchorage to replacement rooftop mechanical units, as well as design and finishings for all interiors.  The 20,300 SF B-Occupancy space itself increased the clinic’s  capacity by more than half, incorporating 25 exam rooms, four ultrasound suites, increased provider workspaces and private consult areas as well as increased functionality for medical assistants.
