JRJ assisted in the re-design and remodel of the Providence St. Peter Hospital Critical Decision Unit (CDU).  This approximately 18,000 +/- SF project consisted of new MEP systems, and modifications to the facilities’ MEP infrastructure, to allow sufficient capacity to support 42 new beds for patient care and observation.  Project goals included provision for a maximum number of beds given space consideration, modernization of this hospital area, and assistance in the creation of a master finish template for the larger hospital.
